Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods, or, in the case of a single order of multiple goods, the last item.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us — Shervin Emanuel Sabai Kashani (BLACKOUTBOX), phone 0151 72013714, email info@blackout-box-shop.de — of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement, for example a letter or email. You may use the model withdrawal form, though this is not required.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of the least expensive standard delivery offered by us. Additional costs resulting from your choice of a different delivery method will not be reimbursed.

Reimbursement will be made without delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notice of your withdrawal. We will use the same means of payment used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or until you have supplied evidence of having returned them, whichever is earlier.

You must return the goods without delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of the withdrawal, to: Shervin Emanuel Sabai Kashani (BLACKOUTBOX), Jahnstraße 2, 53773 Hennef, Germany.

You bear the direct cost of returning the goods, unless otherwise agreed before the contract was concluded. You are only liable for any diminished value resulting from handling of the goods beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

Statutory exceptions

The right of withdrawal applies or lapses only in the cases provided for by law. The following may in particular be relevant for BLACKOUTBOX:

• Goods genuinely made to customer specification or clearly tailored to personal needs, where the statutory requirements for this are actually met in the specific contract.
• Sealed goods not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons where the seal has been removed after delivery.
• Other statutory exceptions, to the extent actually applicable to the specific goods.
• Long-life food is not excluded from withdrawal merely because it is food. An exclusion only applies where the statutory requirements are met in the specific case.
